Aromatherapy uses pure essential oils and natural plant compounds absorbed through the skin and the senses to support both psychological and physical wellbeing. Essential oils are known to have antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, anti-stress, and immune-enhancing properties.
After a session, you may experience a brief emotional release or mild headache - both are perfectly normal and a sign of rebalancing. Hydration is recommended following your treatment.
Many of our massage treatments can be tailored for clients after 14 weeks of pregnancy, offering a safe and relaxing experience with appropriate adaptations. Treatments can typically resume six weeks after birth, or 12 weeks following a Caesarean section. Facials can be enjoyed throughout pregnancy, while Seaweed Baths are not recommended until after 14 weeks, and clients should remain mindful of bath temperature during pregnancy.
Clients must be 16 years or older to receive treatments. Some services may require adult supervision - please contact us for guidance before booking.
Yes, double treatments (for two guests at the same time) are available on request. Spaces are limited, so please contact us directly to arrange.
We use Vita Liberata tanning products for a flawless, natural finish.
Please arrive with no deodorant, makeup, or body products.
Wear loose, dark clothing, and leave your tan on for a minimum of 8 hours before rinsing until the water runs clear.
Pat dry gently and moisturise with an oil-free lotion if desired.
Yes - a free patch test is required at least 24 hours before any brow or lash tint.
