Below sets out our policy on cancellation of treatments over £50, refunds, deposits and late arrivals.
Eclectic operates a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment we kindly ask you to give us a minimum of 24 hours. Cancellations outside the policy time will be charged at the cost of the treatment or taken out of the course of treatments which have been purchased. Cancellations can be made in person, phone or email.
Our skin consultations are £30 which are redeemable against any skin treatments purchased but they are not refundable if you don’t go ahead with a treatment.
We will take a 50% deposit on all treatments over £50 to secure your appointment with the Skin Therapist. Should you wish not to go ahead with your appointment or if you are unsuitable for the treatment the deposit fee is non-refundable. We therefore advise all our clients to have a skin consultation first so we can review the medical history and ensure the treatment you wish to have is right for you.
Purchases of any treatments or treatment courses are non-refundable, however this can be transferred to alternative treatments.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment due to the pressure on our timetable. We will try to accommodate any late arrival but it might mean your treatment time could be reduced or rescheduled.
All gift vouchers should be redeemed within a 6 month period from the purchase date and cannot be used against any offers. They cannot be exchanged for cash but can be exchanged for goods at a higher price than the value of the gift card on payment of the difference.
