Cancellations

Eclectic operates a 24-hour cancellation policy for Beauty, Aesthetics and Wellbeing treatments, and a 12-hour cancellation policy for all Pilates appointments, including classes and one-to-ones. If you wish to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask you to provide the required notice. Cancellations outside the policy time will be charged at the cost of the treatment or deducted from a purchased course of treatments. Cancellations can be made in person, by phone, or via email or our app.

Refunds

Purchases of any treatments or treatment courses are non-refundable, however this can be transferred to alternative treatments.

Late Arrivals

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment due to the pressure on our timetable. We will try to accommodate any late arrival but it might mean your treatment time could be reduced or rescheduled.

Gift Vouchers

All gift vouchers should be redeemed within a 6 month period from the purchase date and cannot be used against any offers.  They cannot be exchanged for cash but can be exchanged for goods at a higher price than the value of the gift card on payment of the difference.
