We highly recommend 1-2-1 Pilates sessions if you are new to Pilates, haven’t been exercising for some time or perhaps returning back from illness or injury. This way you will get individual and focused teaching from your instructor. You will also get familiar with the Pilates equipment (including the Reformer). Your session will be controlled and bespoke to you.
We also offer 1-2-2 which is a great and fun way to work out with a friend or family member. This way you get to spend quality time whilst doing something good for you.
