Our 6 week New Beginner Pilates Course will be physio-led for the first 3 weeks as you learn the fundamentals of Pilates on the mat. Your next 3 weeks will be on the Reformer, learning how to move correctly and safely on this beautiful piece of equipment.
After your 6 weeks you will be confident and ready to continue your Pilates journey, meeting new people and joining a wonderful Eclectic community.
