Ready to build confidence and begin your Pilates journey? This 6-week course is the perfect starting point. Led by Nicole in a supportive, small-group setting, you'll improve your strength, flexibility, and overall well-being — all for just £96.
In the first three weeks, you’ll focus on mastering the fundamentals of Pilates on the mat. Then, you’ll transition to the Reformer for the next three weeks, learning how to move safely and effectively on this incredible piece of equipment.
Starting 24th July, Thursdays at 5:30pm — your chill, technique-focused intro to the reformer! Perfect if you’ve got some mat Pilates experience or finished our New Beginners course. Think gentle moves that build strength, boost body awareness, and help you own your control.

Our small group classes covering both Reformer and Mat work provides personal attention to technique to maximise benefits ensuring you get the most out of your workout.
Once a practice reserved for athletes, dancers and celebrity types, you too can now embrace the challenge and feeling of the latest style of Pilates workout on our Reformer beds. This amazing piece of kit offers resistance training like no other! You get all the benefits of Classical Pilates but taken to the next level. Develop length, stability and unrivalled core conditioning in individual or small group training classes.
You can also learn to create control, better movement patterns and alignment through safe, non-weight bearing exercises on the Mat with highly experienced and qualified instructors.
With consistent Pilates practice (and we recommend at least twice a week) you can achieve great outcomes. One of the most famous quotes of Joseph Pilates is this: ” In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you’ll see the difference, and in 30 sessions you’ll have a whole new body” but this depends on a great level of commitment.
