Treatments and Activities in Eclectic 

Prior to commencement of any treatment or activity in Eclectic you are required to sign a consent form and/or medical form. Upon signing either or both of these forms you are confirming that you understand the benefits and risks of your treatment or activity. In addition you are also acknowledging that no guarantee can be given with regard to the outcome of any treatment or activity.

We will always assess whether any treatment or activity is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment or activity being carried out. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why.

Eclectic operates a policy of no refunds on treatments or activities.

Cancellation of any Treatments or Activities

Client appointments that have been booked require 24 hours notice when cancelling. If a client fails to attend an appointment or class without providing such notice, Eclectic reserves the right to charge the full cost of the appointment.

Liability Waiver for the Studio

Please do not bring valuables into the Studio. Eclectic will not accept liability for any damage or loss to a client’s personal property brought into our premises.

All physical activities and treatments carried out in the Studio are taken at the clients risk

Eclectic and their staff, business partners, external contractors and casual workers will not be liable for personal injury sustained by clients whilst on the Studio’s premises. Clients who suffer an accident or injury on the premises must report it and the circumstances in which it occurred to the Studio management immediately following the accident or injury.

COVID 19 assumption of risk

Eclectic has taken all precautions in accordance with Government and Industry guidelines but cannot guarantee that clients’ will not be exposed to COVID 19. By accessing any part of our premises you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks that are associated with COVID 19. Please refer to our separate COVID 19 policy on the website.

Safety and Hygiene

In the interest of safety and hygiene, including COVID 19 precautions, no crockery, glass or food are permitted on the premises. Only water is permitted in the Studio. Other than with the exception of guide dogs no pets are permitted in any part of the Studio.

Due to the current COVID restrictions clients should attend on their own and not bring children or other friends and family who do not have an appointment.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and can be for any amount. Clients’ should note they are not refundable.

Use of the Website

By using Eclectic’s website, clients’ accept these terms and conditions in full.

All the content on the website is the property of Eclectic or other relevant third parties.

Eclectic’s website may include links to a third party’s website in order to provide clients with useful information but Eclectic cannot be responsible for the content of such websites and pages or for anything provided by third party’s website.

Purchase Policy

This applies to the purchase of products from Eclectic. By ordering any products you are accepting our terms and conditions to trade with us.

• All orders for products placed with Eclectic are subject to acceptance by us. After submitting an order to us you will receive confirmation by email and products will be despatched within 24 hours. If for any reason an item is not in stock we will inform you by email and indicate when the item may be in stock.
• Prices are inclusive of VAT but exclude delivery costs which will be added to the total amount due.
• All orders under £75 will be shipped domestically incurring a charge of £3.95. Orders over £75 shipped domestically will be free of charge.
• Should you have a complaint about any products you receive please email info@eclecticlifesyle.com detailing your complaint. We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and as quickly as possible.
• Prices can change at any time but changes will not affect orders which we have already sent.
• By placing an order through our site you are agreeing you are legally capable of entering into a contract with us and that information provided to us is correct and the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the costs of products ordered.
• We endeavour to despatch your order on the day if it is requested before 1pm. If your order is received after that time or received over a weekend/bank holiday then it will be despatched on the next business day.
• Delivery will normally be by Royal Mail on a next working day delivery although this is not guaranteed.
• Delivery errors – we will assume that all goods have delivered are in good condition. If when you open the delivery it has any discrepancies or damages, you must contact us within 5 days of the receipt of the goods. Any discrepancies or damages reported after this time limit will not be rectified.
• If goods have been ordered in error Eclectic may agree to their return and credit only if the goods are unopened, unused and in perfect condition. A request to return the delivery must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.
• No returned goods will be accepted unless a returns authorisation is given and it is the responsibility of the client to ensure the goods are suitably packaged and returned safely
