COVID-19

At Eclectic we have carried out necessary risk assessments and put in place COVID-19 precautions in line with industry standards and advice from NI Executive, UK Spa Association and Irish Spa Association in order to ensure your visit to Eclectic is a safe one.

Our staff will abide by the guidelines at all times and wear recommended PPE.  All our staff are trained in Covid-19 infection prevent and control.

We greet our clients with hand sanitiser on arrival and verbalise brief instructions.

When visiting Eclectic we would ask you to:

  • Wear a mask on arrival
  • Wash your hands before you arrive and accept our hand sanitiser
  • Do not touch your face
  • Social distance where possible
  • Follow procedures that we have put in place throughout the studio

If you or anyone you live with have experienced any symptoms of Covid-19 or have tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 14 days or awaiting tests of a Covid-19 test should cancel your appointment and follow Government guidelines on self-isolation.

Our Protocols in brief:

  1. We do ask that should you feel unwell in any way prior to your appointment please call us to reschedule.
  2. If you come with someone it is important that they do not come into the studio with you.
  3. Please come at the allotted time as our normal waiting room is not available.
  4. On your arrival we greet you at reception.
  5. You are asked to use our hand sanitiser.
  6. We provide you with a face mask if you have forgotten yours.
  7. You are shown directly to the treatment room where your therapist is wearing PPE equipment including a face visor and mask.
