By steeping the dried seaweed in a steaming hot bath, you create a deep, oily soak which improves blood circulation, detoxifies the body, softens stiff muscles, improves thyroid health and helps alleviate the symptoms of acne, psoriasis and eczema, offering a wonderful feeling of relaxation while allowing the body to get its daily dose of iodine. You will also have an amazing sleep afterwards. We all need to recharge on nature!
