Ready to build confidence and begin your Pilates journey? This 6-week course is the perfect starting point. Led by Nicole in a supportive, small-group setting, you'll improve your strength, flexibility, and overall well-being — all for just £96.
In the first three weeks, you’ll focus on mastering the fundamentals of Pilates on the mat. Then, you’ll transition to the Reformer for the next three weeks, learning how to move safely and effectively on this incredible piece of equipment.

Already experienced with mat Pilates? It’s time to take things up a notch with our brand new Intro to Reformer Course! Join Nicola on Thursday 8th May at 7:45pm to start your 3-week journey for just £72. This is a unique opportunity to discover the Reformer and deepen your Pilates practice in a supportive, small-group setting.
Designed specifically for those with mat experience, this course will introduce you to the Reformer machine, guiding you through the foundational principles of Pilates in a whole new way. You’ll learn how to use the equipment safely, connect your breath to your movement, and build core strength, stability, and flexibility.
By the end, you’ll feel confident, strong, and ready to continue your Reformer journey with ease.

You can also learn to create control, better movement patterns and alignment through safe, non-weight bearing exercises on the Mat with highly experienced and qualified instructors.
With consistent Pilates practice (and we recommend at least twice a week) you can achieve great outcomes. One of the most famous quotes of Joseph Pilates is this: ” In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you’ll see the difference, and in 30 sessions you’ll have a whole new body” but this depends on a great level of commitment.
