Freya keeps things ticking behind the scenes at Eclectic, making sure the studio runs smoothly day-to-day, looking after bookings and administration, creating content for our socials, and handling all things marketing and operations to keep everything flowing.

You’ll also spot her around the studio (usually sneaking in a Reformer class!) or out at the beach with her dogs. Always happy to chat — feel free to say hello!
