With extensive experience as a former Senior Partner in a leading global management consultancy firm, Andrew brings a wealth of strategic and leadership expertise to Eclectic.

Alongside his coaching and mentoring practice, Andrew works with individuals, teams and organisations to support meaningful growth and transformation. His approach is practical, reflective and forward-focused, helping clients move beyond self-doubt, gain clarity, and unlock their full potential.

Andrew’s coaching supports clients to build confidence, strengthen leadership capability, and develop greater self-awareness. His work is centred on creating space for insight, direction and purposeful action.
